Buggerru Surf School

Surf school in Buggerru, on Sardinia's south-west coast: week-long surf camps at the Surf House, RIB trips between Cala Domestica and Pan di Zucchero, and boat rental.

Buggerru Surf School

In Buggerru, a small mining village on the south-west coast of Sardinia, surfing is part of everyday life: waves roll in here on more than 200 days a year. Buggerru Surf School was born from this passion and from a genuine bond with the sea.

The school welcomes surfers of every level, from first-timers standing on a board for the first time to those who want to sharpen their technique. Lessons are taught by qualified instructors in small groups, with a safe, progressive and fun approach.

What they offer

  • One-week surf camps with accommodation at the Surf House, lessons, shared dinners and transfers to the spots;
  • RIB trips with a skipper along the mining coast, as far as Cala Domestica, Masua and Pan di Zucchero, together with BBS Nautica;
  • boat rental, even without a licence, from Buggerru’s small harbour.

Not just surfing

The Surf House is a meeting place for sea lovers: days of waves, wind and nature in a simple, authentic setting where stories and new friendships are shared. When the sea is flat, the area offers plenty of alternatives: the beaches and cliffs of the Iglesiente, the old mining sites and coastal trails.
