Sailing Cruises from Oristano: Bosa, Alghero, San Pietro and Around Sardinia

For those who want a real vacation at sea, Sinis Yachting organizes skippered sailing cruises that depart from Oristano and stretch along the west coast of Sardinia, all the way to a full tour of the island.

The itineraries

• Three days and two nights: toward Alghero, along the Sinis Peninsula and the Costa Verde (recommended), or toward the island of San Pietro.
• One week: north as far as Stintino, or south as far as the island of Sant’Antioco.
• Tour of Sardinia, also in stages: for example as far as Santa Teresa di Gallura, or from Cagliari to Santa Margherita di Pula.

Along the way you pass spectacular stretches of coast, such as the rock arches of S’Archittu and the colorful town of Bosa on the Temo River. The program is put together with the skipper based on the weather and the group’s wishes.

Meeting point and what to bring

Trips depart from the Torre Grande marina in Oristano, at Sa Mardini, a few minutes from Cabras and the Sinis Peninsula. A Sinis Yachting skipper is always on board. Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a sweatshirt or windbreaker for the trip back, and light-soled shoes that won’t mark the deck.

The program depends on the sea: when the mistral blows, the skipper picks the most sheltered coves on the Sinis coast.
